In nici un caz! Exist\u0103 numeroase studii care ne arat\u0103 c\u0103 un <a title=\"ceaiuri de calitate\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orientalmed.ro\/ceaiuri\/ceai-verde\" target=\"_blank\">consum regulat al ceaiului verde<\/a> are un aport la s\u0103n\u0103tatea noastr\u0103: prevenirea cancerului, propriet\u0103\u021bile de antioxidant, <a title=\"Ceaiul verde si slabitul\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orientalmed.ro\/ceai-verde-de-slabit\/\" target=\"_blank\">scaderea \u00een greutate<\/a>, controlul greut\u0103\u021bii, propriet\u0103\u021bile anti-inflamatorii.<\/strong><br \/>\nCeaiul verde este deosebit de bogat \u00eentr-un tip de polifenoli numit catechine care pot determina acumularea redusa a grasimilor \u0219i pot ajuta la men\u021binerea unui nivel optim al colesterolului. Spre exemplu, a fost efectuat un studiu pe 35 de b\u0103rba\u021bi japonezi. Ace\u0219tia aveau acela\u0219i indice de mas\u0103 corporal\u0103 \u0219i acelea\u0219i dimensiuni ale taliei. La sf\u00e2r\u0219itul celor trei luni, studiul a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 cei care au b\u0103ut extractul de ceai verde au pierdut mai mult din greutate, iar nivelul colesterolului lor a fost mult mai sc\u0103zut. \u00cen concluzie, se recomand\u0103 consumul a 3-4 c\u0103ni pe zi pentru a avea o diet\u0103 echilibrat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, printre beneficiile ceaiului verde enumer\u0103m:<br \/>\n\u2022 Reduce riscul apari\u021biei cancerului. Antioxidantul din ceaiul verde este mult mai eficient dec\u00e2t vitaminele C \u0219i E.<br \/>\n\u2022 Previne bolile inimii \u0219i reduce riscul de accident cerebral, chiar \u0219i dup\u0103 un pre-infarct previne moartea celulelor \u0219i accelereaz\u0103 procesul de recuperare al celulelor inimii.<br \/>\n\u2022 Antioxidantul din acest ceai protejeaz\u0103 pielea de efectele polu\u0103rii care produc riduri \u0219i \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirea prematur\u0103 a pielii.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ceaiul verde previne obezitatea deoarece controleaz\u0103 nivelul glucozei din celulele grase.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ajut\u0103 la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea memoriei \u0219i la prevenirea Alzheimer-ului. De asemenea, cei care consum\u0103 ceai verde \u00een mod regulat au un risc sc\u0103zut de a face boala Parkinson.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ajut\u0103 si sistemul imunitar, organismul lupt\u00e2nd mult mai bine \u00eempotriva infec\u021biilor.<br \/>\n\u2022 Poate diminua stresul \u0219i anxietatea.<\/p>\n<p>Acestea sunt doar <strong>c\u00e2teva din numeroasele beneficii<\/strong> care se pot g\u0103si \u00eentr-o can\u0103 de ceai zilnic. Motivul pentru care ceaiul verde are mult mai multe beneficii dec\u00e2t cel negru este procesul prin care se ob\u021bine.
